The shipping is free for every order above CHF 50 from Switzerland. We partnered with the Swiss Post in order to provide the best possible shipping experience for you.
I ordered/received the wrong size
If you ordered the wrong size you have one hour to cancel the purchase afterwards a cancellation won't be possible anymore. If you received the wrong size we will of course exchange the size for the correct one. In both cases please contact us. We will help you to quickly resolve the issue
